NGC1365 Galaxy by Gerry Aarts
One of the best examples of a barred spiral galaxy located in the southern hemisphere. Imaged at Bundaleer observatroy near Mudgee NSW. 56 million light years distant. Celestron HD Edge 11 telescope. CGEM mount, Meade DSI III camera. Guided with Orion autoguider. Only 3x4 minute exposures then I got clouded out. The deatail is however good due to excellent seeing that night.
